Tabulate if

Hobst
The command: tabulate X Y if X == "name1"     will give me the tabel only for "name1".

How do i get a tabel for name1, name2 and name3

i tried this:  tabulate X Y if X == "name1""name2""name3"    , but it doesnt work.. How can i do that? Thank you
